"I took a tour this past weekend with my mother (who was visiting) and was so glad we found this tour company. I had taken a tour of local restaurants last year back in Chicago and it was a very average experience since the restaurants that they took us to were on the edge of the city and not one's I had ever heard of. Not so on this tour though! I had heard of all the restaurants and had been to few in the past but never like this! The samplings were so good and the chef at one of them (who was so cute) involved us in creating a dish. I cant wait for the other neighborhood tours to start!"

"I went on a tour with my girlfriend the other day. It actually was much better than I expected. I'm not much of a tour guy, but this one was painless, although it was cold and a little icy. We went to four different restaurants, all very nice. I wasn't thrilled to visit two that I've already been to, but your tour guide told us that when we visit, we will learn or experience something knew. That was true! The food was amazing. We were a very happy group by the end of the second stop. The food was amazing.The restaurants and the guide were great. So was the overall experience!"

"I rarely take the time to write reviews (though I should) but my experience this past weekend convinced me that I should let you guys at TheCityTour know how things went for me. It was an amazing experience. I don’t know if it was because I didn’t have high expectations or that I have been to so-so tours in the past – but I was blown away. The chef at our second stop was so simply incredible in that he managed to show our entire group how to roll a sushi and yet be able to participate in the tasting and all of that in 30 minutes!! I wish we could have stayed longer but then we would have missed out on the other stops. All in all – I am very glad I found you guys and am already looking forward to the next tour I have booked where I want to take my entire family!"

"I quite enjoyed your tour on Saturday. My girlfriend usually drags me to these events and I thought this would be like the swing dancing class I had to bear through last week. But this was actually fun. And I ran into some of alumni from my college which made the afternoon all the more enjoyable. The food was great and the demonstrations were certainly unique. I usually see some of this stuff on Food Network but it was pretty cool to see it in person.
