Did you purchase a voucher though one of our Daily Deal partners? Thank you!
If you are having a problem getting your voucher code to work, check your certificate and make sure you are entering the correct code from the firm you purchased it from.  If the code is still coming up as invalid, expired or used and you believe this is an error, please feel free to contact us and we'll get it resolved quickly!  Just click on the "contact us" link in the top-right of every page!

Is a voucher valid for one person?  Can I use multiple vouchers for one tour?
Yes, each voucher is value for one person.  So if you'd like to go with a friend, you'd want to purchase two vouchers - one for yourself and one for your friend.  You can use as many vouchers as you like on one tour - so if you want to bring 5 friends, please do!

Can I buy multiple vouchers for myself?
Absolutely!  We'd be happy to have you attend tours in our different neighborhoods - or use them when you travel.  A voucher is valid for a standard tour in any of our cities, not just the city where you purchased the deal.

Can I use my voucher(s) in other cities?
Absolutely!  A voucher is valid for a standard tour in any of our cities, not just the city where you purchased the deal.  Many of our guests use this as a well to experience a city they are traveling to, and to find a venue they might like to dine at that evening.

What happens after the voucher expires?
Once the voucher expires, you can still use it as a discount for 100% of the price you PAID for the voucher for any of our tours.  The original price you paid for the voucher never expires.

How do I book my tour once I have purchased?
Once the voucher codes are entered into our system (usually within 24 hours of the deal finishing), you can go to this website, select your city, click on "book now!" for the tour of your preference and then use your voucher code to complete the registration.  If you run into any problems, drop us an e-mail or give us a call via the Contact Us link in the upper right of every page!
